Accessing Classes

  • Students are required to access the Zoom class meetings through the designated course page (lingoster.com/portal), except in cases where access to the page is not possible.
  • Students should promptly notify their teacher or course consultant if they encounter any difficulties accessing the course page.

Preparedness for Classes

  • Students must ensure that their devices (PC, camera, speaker, and microphone) are in proper working condition and be present 5-10 minutes before the scheduled class start time.
  • If there are any issues with their devices, students should inform their teacher accordingly.

Camera Usage

  • It is mandatory for students to keep their cameras turned on throughout the class.

Conduct during Classes

  • Students are allowed to consume beverages during class, but heavy meals should be avoided.
  • Prior to leaving the class or turning off their camera, students must inform their teacher.

Lateness

  • In the event of the teacher’s delayed arrival, the missed duration will be compensated by extending the class accordingly.

Technical Issues

  • Students experiencing any technical issues during the class, such as network problems or device malfunctions, should directly communicate these issues with their teacher or course consultant.

Special Requests

  • Students are welcome to make special requests for specific topics or materials, which should be communicated to the teacher at least one day prior to the scheduled class. Please note that requests must align with the student’s current program, and consultation with the teacher or course consultant may be required for exceptional cases.

Postponed Classes

  • Students have the option to reschedule any postponed classes for a later date.
  • To initiate a postponement, students must notify their teacher or course consultant at least two hours before the class start time.
  • Make-up meetings for postponed classes can be arranged through direct discussion with the teacher or course consultant.

Teacher Unavailability

  • In the event that the teacher is unable to attend a class and no substitute teacher is available, students will receive advance notification.
  • The affected class will be postponed, and the student’s active period will be extended accordingly.

Class Change and Additional Fees

  • Students will incur an additional fee based on the current Saturday Class rate if they choose to switch classes from Monday to Friday to a Saturday class. Further details can be obtained by consulting their course consultant.

Cancelled Classes

  • Once a class is cancelled, it cannot be rescheduled for a later date.
  • Students are required to notify the teacher at least two hours before the class start time if they are unable to attend. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the class.
  • If a student fails to attend a class without notifying the teacher or course consultant:
      • For 60-minute classes: The class will be automatically cancelled if the student does not show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time without informing the teacher.
      • For 90-minute classes: The class will be automatically cancelled if the student does not show up within 45 minutes of the scheduled start time without informing the teacher.

Class Period and Cancellation

  • The class period begins with the start of the first class.
  • Any remaining classes that have not been rescheduled or replaced by the end of the class period will be automatically cancelled. For further information, students should contact our Course Consultant or their teacher.

Recording and Usage of Class Meetings

  • All online meetings, including online class meetings, course consultations, placement test interviews, feedback sessions, PTM (parent-teacher meeting), and other meetings, will be recorded for evaluation and quality control purposes.
  • Selected portions of recorded class meetings may be used for promotional and social media purposes.

Data and Information

  • Any data and information collected will only be used for internal purposes, such as administration processes and payment confirmation.

Working Hours

  • Our working hours are as follows:
      • Monday to Friday: 10:00-20:00
      • Saturday: 10:00-14:00
      • Sunday and public holidays: Off

Response Time

  • Students can expect a delayed response if they contact their teacher, course consultant, or admin outside of our working hours.

Potential Changes

  • The points outlined above are subject to change, update, and/or addition in the future. Any modifications will be communicated to students accordingly.

Status Kehadiran

Kelas Gratis

  • Kelas gratis tidak dapat dijadwal ulang atau digantikan; jika mudid tidak dapat hadir, kelas akan dibatalkan.
